Urbanization of Estepona

An Andalusian pearl with world class golf courses

About Estepona

Estepona urbanization is on the way to Gibraltar coming from Marbella, closer to the Sierra Bermeja mountains. What makes it unique, is the combination of traditional Spanish spirit with the famous Andalusian village, beaches and mountains in one place and new developments of modern villas and luxury apartments near the sea.

It represents the perfect place for a family vacation with an average of 325 days of sunshine per year, which is one of the main reasons why people buy a property on the Costa del Sol. However, Estepona has a nice beach walk, with wonderful Blue Flag beaches, cosy fish restaurants, cocktail bars with Flamenco dancing, traditional restaurants where you can taste well-know Spanish tapas and breathtaking marina with modern boutiques.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 10 to 15 minutes drive and Malaga International Airport is 45 minutes drive from Estepona. Although it is not as glamorous as Marbella, it becomes very attractive both to domestic and foreign tourists.

One of the main towns of this urbanization, but also of the Costa del Sol, is Estepona town. Certainly, it must be mentioned, that besides Estepona town, in this part of the coast, also very important area is the New Golden Mile, that is comprised of El Paraiso, Bel Air and Cancelada urbanization. New Golden Mile is a new booming area, located between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona town.
